Managing In-Progress Routes

Understand an in-transit route's progress

 

  1. In order to view the progress of a route that is currently ‘In-Transit,’ simply click into the route’s card on the KanBan board within the Tracking Page. This will take you into the total view of the route
  2. On the map, you will see completed stopes in green. Stops that have not yet been completed will be marked in red.
  3. For a more detailed view of the progress, scroll down through the route’s orders on the left-hand side. Deliveries that have been completed will have a small green checkmark in the upper right-hand corner. The next stop on the route will display “Next Stop” in the upper right-hand corner. Timestamps for the team's arrival and completion of a stop indicate how long ago a stop was completed or begun, providing more detailed insight into anticipated arrival times to later stops.
  4. Timestamps and completion information is updated  in real-time in correlation with the driver's use of the mobile app to ensure you always know the most up-to-date and accurate information about the route's progress.
