Use the tracking page to see all of your routes in the last 14 days.
Active Routes
Access routes via the Tracking tab of the lefthand menu. The Tracking page is separated routes into 3 columns:
- Pre-Transit - Routes that have not yet been started
- In-Transit - Routes that are currently in progress
- Complete - Routes that have been completed
You'll see route numbers, drivers, and the status of the route.
Tracking the Truck
When you click on the route from the tracking page, a more detailed view will open. See route progress including stops completed, timestamps at each stop, and any orders with an exception reported.
Accessing Proof of Delivery and Photos
Navigate to the Orders tab of the route tracking page. Select a given order and click its POD/Images tab to see images, paperwork, or esignatures uploaded by the drivers
Managing Exceptions
Drivers will be prompted to report any shortages, damages, or not-at-homes in their mobile app. In turn, any order with exceptions will show a caution sign on the tracking page. To find the details, click Orders at the top of the page, and select the order in question. You'll see all the details of the driver's report, so you can manage the situation proactively with the customer and keep a record of any issues on the route.
