Creating a Shipper Account

Create the primary account for a shipper.

1. Go to Onwarddelivery.com

2. In the top right hand corner, click "Get Started"

                 If there is already an account for your location/store/warehouse, you should be added as a teammate by your admin.

3. Select the option that best applies:

I am a business - Create Account: For sales, warehouse, operations, or other staff affiliated with companies partnered with Onward.

I am an individual customer - One Time Shipment: For customers of Onward's partner companies who are choosing to use Onward for their delivery.

4. Fill in the basic information needed for set up.

For a business:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Business Name
  • Phone Number
  • Create Password

For an individual customer:

  • Click place new order
  • Select your state
  • Select the store from which you are purchasing
  • Select the location from which you are purchasing
  • Select item types
  • Input item quantity
  • Select item descriptions
  • Indicate haul away requirements (if applicable)
  • Provide delivery contact, address, and location details.
  • Provide availability information
  • Input payment information
