Adding Teammates

Add any employee who needs access to Onward using the teammates function.

1. Log into the primary account. This will take you to the account overview page.

Or if already logged in, navigate to the account overview page by clicking on the Home icon in the menu on the left.

 

2. On the "My Account" page, navigate to the "Teammates" tab

3. Input the email address of the employee you are inviting to the Onward portal.

4. Select the desired access level for the teammate:

Viewer: Provides ability to track orders, view orders and view FTL Routes without prices listed. This is typically ideal for an associate or sales representative who may need to see the progress of orders without needing to make any edits.

Admin: Provides full access to the account including creating and editing shipments and FTL Routes. This is typically ideal for managers and warehouse staff to manage routing.

Driver (For shippers using Onward's software for internal teams): Provides ability to assign routes to drivers for completion in the mobile app.


5. Click "Send Email Invite"

6. Alert the employee to check their email for an invitation from Onward. The link in the email will expire in 7 days.
