Incomplete orders

Some orders may be missing details and you will find them in the Incomplete Orders section

Some orders may be missing details when they are sent into our system. If this occurs, our system will flag these orders and place these into the ‘Incomplete’ section.
    1. Navigate to OMS > Incomplete 

Once in the ‘Incomplete’ section, click an order to be taken into that order’s details. Once viewing the order details, the missing information will be highlighted in red. 


Once the missing fields are filled out, press the "Review and Submit” button.

    1. This will take you to a page that will review the order details and prompt you to “Create” at the bottom of the page 
    2. This page will soon be removed from the process.
