Access all exceptions, proof of delivery, and delivery photos for a route
1. After clicking into a route, at the top of this section navigate to the ‘Orders’ tab. Here you will see each stop on the route listed
a.Please note that the stops are not listed in specific order.
b. On the right hand side, see column headers:

- Status: will be marked with either complete or in-transit
- POD: will display a check mark when a photo of the signed paperwork has been uploaded
- Pictures: will display a check mark when photos of the delivered items have been uploaded
- Exceptions: Will display a yellow warning icon when an exception has been notated on the delivery

- Exceptions are noted when a driver comes across an issue with the delivery. Exceptions can be reported at pickup (i.e. manufacturer damage, missing item, etc.) or during the delivery (i.e.damage to a customers home, customer not at home, customer refusal, etc.)

- When hovering over an order, it should be highlighted gray. Click to open the order.
- Once the order has been opened, use the tabs at the top of the page to navigate between the delivery overview, the item list, photos of the delivery and signed paperwork, any reported exceptions, and the communication history through Onward's texting system.
