Updating Your Account Info and Settings

Update location info, time frame lengths, billing information, passwords, and teammates.

To access the "My Account" page, simply click on the small icon located in the top right corner of the portal and select "Profile." This page allows administrators to easily add and modify information regarding store, account, and delivery settings.

Profile:

Update your contact information, including the best phone or email for customers in need of support or answers regarding their order.

If using Onward for managing full routes, update which communications you'd like to be triggered throughout the routing process, and upload a logo to ensure all communications to your customers are branded.

Stores:

The stores page allows you to provide detailed information about your store location. This includes the address, hours, and loading style.

Billing:

Enter your company credit card to streamline billing with Onward. If invoicing is preferred, please reach out to accounting@onwarddelivery.com

Trucks:

Use this page to indicate the details of your fleet including truck type, space and weight capacity, and availability.

Password:

The password page can be used to change the password for the primary account. Teammates will have their own passwords which can be changed by logging into their account.

Teammates:

The teammates page can be used to add collaborators and colleagues who may need access to the Onward portal without having to share login credentials or access levels. Instructions on adding teammates can be found in this knowledge base article.
