Tracking an Order

After an order is claimed, access the information you need.

Scheduling

Once an order has been matched with a carrier, the carrier will assign a scheduled date  (or use the scheduled date you provide when possible). The customer will be contacted accordingly, but if you need to access the details, you can navigate to Dispatch: Tracking and see the delivery date on the order overview, or click on the order to see all the details.  Screen Shot 2024-01-15 at 1.29.57 PM

Status

The best way to track your orders from beginning to end is through the Tracking page, under the Dispatch drop down on the main menu. There you'll see upcoming, in progress, and recently completed orders. You can check out the basic information like scheduled date and customer name, along with the assigned provider, which may vary depending on your contract! 

If you need to contact the delivery team for any reason, like checking on an updated ETA or making an on-the-fly update, you can access their information in one of two places. First, look in the bottom right hand corner of the order page, which you can access either from the Tracking page or the My Orders page. There, you'll see contact information for the delivery company.

In some cases, these companies may have large networks, and instead opt to share driver contact information directly. In this case, you may see an invalid phone number in that bottom right hand corner. Head to the top of the order page, on the left hand side, where you'll see a driver name and phone number.

Proof of Delivery and Photos

Once the delivery is done, you can access photos and signatures to keep a digital archive of deliveries, and eliminate the need for old files of delivery signatures. You can find the recent orders in the tracking page, or search all historical orders  OMS > My Orders. Just select the order, then select the POD/Images tab at the top, and download as needed.
