From quotes, to scheduling, to proof of delivery, manage your marketplace orders all in one place.
Viewing quotes
Navigate to the Auction > Listings section on the left hand menu. By selecting the "Open" tab at the top of the page, you'll view all your open orders. Any orders with new quotes will show a green "(new)" under the bids column. Click the row to drill into the details.
Any carrier quoting from the marketplace network will be listed as a marketplace carrier, while any partner carriers that you've added to the platform will display their company name.
Counter-Offers
Click the Counter button to negotiate with the carriers. If you have additional context you'd like to add that you might otherwise email to them, use the comment button to add comments.
Awarding Orders
Ready to accept a quote and get delivery going? Click Accept, and the carrier will be notified that they won the opportunity. They'll get delivery scheduled with the customer and update the platform accordingly. See this article to learn where to find scheduled delivery details after you've awarded an order.
