All about the Plan tab in Onward's platform.
The Plan tab within the Onward platform is all about the creating and managing of new routes. This article will highlight a few key actions that can be taken within this page.
Finding Scheduled Routes
If you've scheduled a route and need to make adjustments such as removing a customer who cancelled or checking timeframe confirmation status, you can select the date of the scheduled route from the calendar drop down in the "Routes" section of the Plan tab. This will then populate any routes scheduled for that day, which can be opened by clicking anywhere on the route overview. Opening the route will show each customer's stop order, timeframe, and confirmation status.
Creating New Routes
If you need to schedule and fill a truck for a certain date, navigate to the date using the calendar drop down in the "Routes" section of the plan tab. Once the date is selected, click the green button at the bottom of the "Routes" section to assign a truck to the date. See our "Finding and Creating Routes" article for details.
