How to make adjustments to orders

Sometimes you notice a typo, get a better phone number for the customer, or need to make some other edit to an order. You can do so directly from the portal.

When to edit orders: Different providers have different limitations on when they can accept changes to their orders, so our system will adapt and block the ability to edit accordingly. If you do need to make changes or cancel the order after this point, navigate to the Cancel Order button, which will direct you to send an email directly to the provider to coordinate changes.

How to edit orders: 

  • Log into the portal
  • Navigate to OMS: My Orders
  • Search for the order using name, order number, PO# or city
  • Click on the order
  • Navigate to the top right hand corner and click the pencil icon

  • Update details in the relevant tab of the edit modal
  • Click done to save changes

How to Cancel Orders:

  • Coming Soon: Soon you'll be able to click "Cancel" right from the order page. This will direct you through the steps for canceling the order directly with the provider in order to terminate the order in the system.
  • In the meantime, please email your representative with the order number to cancel.
