Auto Availability Collection
Instead of scheduling delivery right away, let customers know they'll get a text to schedule delivery once their order is available. This way, when you submit an order to Onward, our system can text them a mobile friendly link and request their preferred dates for delivery. This way, we can align the recommendation to carriers with the routes they already have on those days, and your customers have a standardized experience for providing availability.
In-Person Availability Collection
If the customer is checking out at your store and can provide their available dates for delivery, you can select their preferred date as well as alternative dates while adding the order to the system.
