Follow the process for completing a stop through the app for maximum visibility.
1. To begin the process for completing the upcoming stop, select the white box that contains the stop information from the main route view in the mobile app.
2. Click "Navigate" to open a map app with the customer address.
3. Upon arrival to the customer's home, select "Arrived". Note that accuracy with selecting arrived is critical for performance management and providing future customers on the route with accurate information about the route's progress toward's their home.
4. Once the delivery is completed, upload a photo of the signed paperwork into the Proof of Delivery section.
5. In addition to the PoD, take and upload at least 3 photos of the delivered items.
6. Just before departing the stop, click "Complete Deliveries for Stop" to indicate the delivery is completed.
Follow the same steps for completing the stops for all the stops that you have assigned for this route. Once the final stop has been delivered, the app moves the load from Claimed to Complete. You are able to use the bottom menu to view your completed loads and to access/edit any information you might have forgotten from your previous loads.
